Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Business Development resource to join our talented team of professionals.  The position requires a high energy, customer focused individual who will be responsible for business development in the following territories; Chicago, Nashville, Denver, and Phoenix and work in our Dallas, TX location.
 
The Business Development role requires the following experience: 
 
  • 3-5 years of successful business development experience
  • Familiarity with solution and or product selling (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Supply Chain, HR  or other ERP solutions or products)
  • Multiple industry solutions and or product sales experience is a plus
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in planning and managing projects
  • Ability to understand, analyze and navigate a competitive market
  • Skilled in finding innovative and creative new approaches to develop new business
  • Accomplished in building relationships and collaborating with multiple internal and external parties
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to travel extensively
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
 

Responsibilities include:
 
  • Generate leads and opportunities focused on the ABeam portfolio of services and products
  • Drive the sales management process from pursuit to close and uncover up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and expand professional contacts
  • Use social media to develop interest in ABeam services and products
  • Engage with the marketing department to develop strategic campaign plans for new business generation
  • Provide account management
  • Identify new areas of demand
  • Provide pursuit and proposal support in the development of opportunities
